Recruiter
to join our Talent Acquisition team in our
Boston, MA
office. This role will play a critical part in attracting and hiring high-caliber professionals across our corporate functions, including but not limited to Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, and Legal, who enable the firm’s consulting teams to deliver exceptional client service worldwide.
The Recruiter will serve as a partner to colleagues across Corporate Services (CS), driving full-cycle recruitment efforts and ensuring alignment between hiring needs and the firm’s long-term growth objectives. This individual will combine strong sourcing capabilities, market insight, and stakeholder partnership to build high-performing corporate teams that support Brattle’s global operations.

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:
Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for CS positions including candidate resume selection, scheduling, distribution of materials to interviewers, interview day monitoring/intervention, collection of feedback, decision facilitation, offer, and follow-up for all Brattle locations
Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers through regular communication, providing updates on search progress, market insights, and talent pipeline activity
Drive a high-touch candidate experience through proactive communication, clear expectation-setting, and efficient coordination across all stages of the hiring process
Proactively coach hiring managers through challenges in the recruitment process and provide creative solutions, advising on interview competencies, interview questions as well as overall process best practices
Develop and execute sourcing strategies that build long-term talent pipelines aligned with corporate needs
Ensure that corporate services functions are positioned competitively in the external market through written and verbal communication
Maintain ongoing communication with CS HRBP to understand talent or skill gaps within each CS function
Demonstrate an understanding of each CS function, their drivers, and the external talent market
In partnership with others on the TA team, provide regular maintenance for recruiting databases and the Intranet, making edits and adjustments to templates, postings and candidate information
Facilitate compliance or firm request for proposals focusing on EEOC and recruitment information
Participate in candidate greetings/wrap ups for CS and consulting candidates, provide assistance with HR related meeting set‑ups as back up, participate in firm wide orientation
Participate in other HR related projects and administrative tasks such as candidate scheduling, when required
THE CANDIDATE
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Four (4) years of demonstrated experience in full-life cycle recruiting experience required
Experience working in a professional services firm or similar high-touch environment required
Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent for a variety of positions, including Accounting, Finance, IT, Legal, Marketing, HR, and Administrative
Experience working with applicant tracking systems, and other HRIS systems
Experience working across multiple time zones desired
Experience with competency-based and behavioral interviewing
Experience partnering with senior level stakeholders
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Excellent attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to analyze complex situations and make well‑reasoned decisions
Consistently demonstrated ability to assess risks and opportunities effectively
Perform duties of a confidential nature
Evening/weekend work may be required
Travel as needed
Brattle offers a competitive benefits package, base salary, and bonus program for eligible roles based on individual and firm performance. The anticipated base gross salary range for this position in Boston, MA is $90,000 - $100,000 annually.
