Addison Group is working with a growing professional services organization seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support their team. This role will partner closely with leadership to oversee HR operations and contribute to a strong, people-focused culture.
Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing core HR functions, driving process improvements, and supporting employee-related initiatives. This individual will play a key role in aligning HR practices with business goals while ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support and enhance HR policies, procedures, and overall operations
Lead recruitment efforts and contribute to employee development and retention strategies
Evaluate workforce needs and support staffing initiatives across departments
Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace concerns
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies
Partner on benefits administration and related employee programs
Maintain accurate job documentation and organizational records
Provide reporting and insights to leadership to support decision‑making
Assist with onboarding and integration of new employees
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
6 years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
Ability to navigate complex situations and implement effective solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
HR certifications are a plus
