Children’s Dental FunZone is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Generalist to support our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources functions, ensuring compliance with California labor laws. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and experienced in handling a wide range of HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and support HR policies, procedures, and programs
Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Assist with payroll coordination, audits, and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP TotalSource)
Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
Support benefits administration, including enrollments and employee inquiries
Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting
Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives
Support training programs and compliance requirements
Qualifications
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multi‑location environment
Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (ADP preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
