Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Oregon, IL, for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the organization's compliance with labor laws and regulations, developing HR policies, leading training and development initiatives, and driving an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture. The manager will also act as a trusted point of contact for employees and leadership on various HR-related matters.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Proficiency in benefits administration and HR compliance with labor laws
Familiarity with training programs and organizational development strategies
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HR software systems and tools
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a managerial or related role is preferred
