The program establishes healthy behaviors and prepares children to transition back home.

The

Human Resources Generalist

will be responsible for implementing, coordinating, and carrying out activities relating to all aspects of the facility's personnel functions.

Employment On-boarding

Records Management

HRIS data integrity (Info/Lawson)

Coordinating New Hire Orientation & act as a trainer

HealthStream Facility Administrator (learning management system)

Assist with Full cycle recruiting (including sourcing candidates through various channels)

Assist with larger HR projects like driving employee engagement and system upgrades

Performing day to day HR tasks ensuring compliance and accuracy

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business or Personnel Administration or equivalent experience in Personnel/Human Resources preferred.

2 - 3 years in a generalist administrative position preferred.

Must be knowledgeable of standard HR practices and procedures including employee recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits administration, training, performance management and HR office administration.

Knowledge of Joint Commission and other federal, state and local laws and regulations that govern healthcare

Must be able to maintain an extremely high degree of confidentiality with all information that is made available through the Personnel Department.
