The Fintech PMO exists to accelerate the technology and product outcomes of the Fintech organization and across the ecosystem by improving and enabling world‑class strategy, execution, and delivery. We drive for accountability and clarity while ensuring execution excellence, and empowering cross‑functional teams to scale and organize for speed.
This role requires a leader who plans and drives multiple technical programs across multiple organizations. You will be expected to drive systematic changes in how we work, ensuring execution excellence at scale while establishing clarity in fast‑paced, often ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
Portfolio
Strategy Execution: Partner with Portfolio Leadership to unblock teams and guide delivery across a broad program portfolio, ensuring technical outcomes align with the company’s technological vision.
Strategic Thinking: Connect the dots across various programs to simplify the "why, what, and how" for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Executive Communication: Drive transparency by communicating status, risks, and actionable solutions to Senior Leadership.
Portfolio Orchestration: Drive strategic alignment across fragmented program workstreams, managing the compounding complexity of divergent technical architectures and organizational dependencies to ensure a cohesive platform trajectory.
Operational Force Multiplier: Establish clarity in highly ambiguous environments by anchoring diverse stakeholder groups to primary objectives and designing repeatable frameworks that simplify complex delivery cycles.
Program
Define and implement repeatable program frameworks and a consistent operating cadence to ensure teams deliver with velocity and ease.
Effectively identify and manage cross‑program dependencies at scale through right‑sized processes.
Apply deep expertise in software development life cycles and architecture to deliver complex portfolios end‑to‑end.
Leverage and design AI capabilities within daily program activities to accelerate outcomes.
Act as a credible change leader, building trust‑based relationships across teams and generating broad support for strategic shifts.
Galvanize stakeholders toward primary objectives, even during setbacks or resistance.
General
Demonstrates strong leadership skills with ability to influence.
Result‑oriented strong team player with ability to anchor stakeholders to primary objectives and outcomes.
Strategic thinker and effective communicator.
Thrives in establishing order and clarity amongst ambiguity and chaos.
Highly collaborative with desire to continuously streamline and improve processes where needed.
Ability to scale up to at least 10 scrum teams and comfortably work boundaryless with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications
Strong Program Management experience, including 5–10 or more years leading multiple complex software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) development projects.
Excellent influencing skills; demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and influence at all levels, building strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.
Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive‑level audiences, visually communicating program goals, relationships to business goals, and other relevant success criteria.
Clear understanding of SaaS technologies leading with an AI‑Native first mindset to deliver high‑impact priorities for the business and customers.
Demonstrated AI proficiency.
Experience in fintech a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. This position may be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area, California $202,000 – $273,500. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other employee benefits. Location: Mountain View, CA.
