Requirements

Must have:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in IBM Operational Decision Manager software
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering technical solutions to meet business and product objectives
  • Experience in developing custom software applications across various technologies and frameworks
  • Familiarity with software engineering concepts, including agile methodologies, testing automation, and behavior-driven development
  • Solid background in object‑oriented architecture, design, and development with a preference for Java experience
  • High‑energy and detail‑focused approach, capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen interest in the customer experience journey
  • Flexible work style, able to adapt to shifting priorities

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise for fraud prediction applications in high‑volume transaction processing systems
  • Analyze customer requests for Fraud Rule modifications and assess solution effectiveness
  • Design rule strategies to identify and address customer needs
  • Develop and implement rule changes within an agile framework
  • Validate rule changes against transaction data to ensure quality and accuracy
