Preconstruction Manager
to join our San Francisco Bay Area team and help lead projects from early planning through successful execution. This is a team that values trust, reliability, and follow-through. You’ll be involved in complex, high-quality projects from the earliest stages, with clear visibility into more strategic leadership over time, without sacrificing balance outside of work.
Responsibilities
Lead projects from early planning through successful execution and work with project teams across life sciences, R&D, office, lab, and manufacturing facilities. Provide clear direction and visibility into project leadership over time while maintaining balance outside of work.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience, preferably with a Top ENR GC
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Professional business acumen
Location
Open to candidates based in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Redwood City, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, and surrounding areas.
