Senior Accountant

We are actively connecting with accounting professionals coming from public accounting backgrounds (tax and audit) who are open to exploring new opportunities in the Denver market.
Our clients range from real estate investment firms and private equity groups to family offices and fund administrators, offering a variety of paths including corporate accounting, fund accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, and more.
What you can expect:
Exposure to opportunities across a range of industries including real estate, private equity, and investment management
Roles that offer a mix of technical accounting, financial analysis, and strategic involvement
Opportunities for both lateral moves and step-up positions into Senior, Manager, and leadership-level roles

Typical Responsibilities (vary by role):
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Perform technical accounting research and draft memos
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Partner cross-functionally with leadership and external stakeholders
Who we’re looking for:
Background in public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm experience preferred)
Experience in audit and/or tax
CPA or CPA-eligible candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a desire to grow your career outside of public accounting
