Position Overview
We are seeking service-focused and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Customer Support Cruise Specialist. This role involves assisting clients with cruise planning, reservation coordination, and providing a smooth and enjoyable booking experience from start to finish.

This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. No prior cruise experience is required. Training and support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with exploring cruise options, itineraries, and onboard experiences

Support the booking and confirmation process for cruise reservations

Respond to customer questions regarding destinations, cruise lines, and travel requirements

Review reservation details to ensure accuracy, including dates and traveler information

Maintain organized records of client bookings and communications

Provide timely follow-up and support before and after travel

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach

Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized

Comfortable using online systems and booking tools

Ability to work independently in a remote or structured environment

Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required

$45,000 - $65,000 a year
