We are currently staffing and expanding a National O&P Practitioner Network, A Custom Fit iNMotion, LLC. We are actively contracting with ABC, BOC, or State Licensed Orthotic Fitters, C-Peds, Mastectomy Fitters, Orthotists, Physical Therapists* & Occupational Therapists* (refer to the NON-APPROVED States that require the completion of an Orthotic Fitter Course below if you're a Therapist) throughout the US to fit OTS Orthopedic OR02 custom-fitted braces to our client's pre-approved patients within the comfort of their own home.
By subscribing to our National O&P Network, OR02 Credentialed DME/HME/Rehab Companies will be able to have OR02 brace orders and/or Mastectomy prosthesis (for our CMFs) compliantly fulfilled by a Certified O&P Practitioner in most every State they are licensed in and that we have coverage in.
How it works
When we receive a referral in your predetermined area, you will receive a notification to accept or deny it. If accepted, the appropriate brace will ship to you. Once received, you will contact the patient to schedule the fitting. Once the fitting is completed, you will return the signed paperwork to us and then receive a Fitter Fee.
The Fitter Fee amount will vary based on the type of brace, that State's fee schedule, and the patient's proximity to the Practitioner. It is typically 13% of the brace's reimbursement. The process is straightforward: you work on your own schedule, with the requirement that contact with the patient is made within 2 business days and the fit within 10 days.
You will be paid even if the referral is denied by the insurance carrier. We anticipate expanding to other types of DME referrals as we grow, and will adjust the Fitter Fee on a case‑by‑case basis. The same applies if the patient is outside the Practitioner's normal area of service.
