Qualifications
Currently Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in state of employment
Previous experience required of at least 1 year
Current BLS/CPR certification
Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
Deliver skilled pediatric nursing care in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care
Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitoring
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care
Educate families and caregivers on care plans and safety practices
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
