As a Staff Nurse (RN) at Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health, you will be a key player in our patient care team. Your role will involve prescribing, coordinating, and evaluating patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members. You will follow the nursing process and the standards of care and practices, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's Degree required.

Current license to practice nursing in Arkansas (or eligible to receive or renew).

Current CPR or BLS certification.

Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with patients, families, visitors and staff. Must be able to work as a team with all staff/coworkers and maintain the ability to treat all patients with respect.

Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
