Overview
LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
Provide care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab as a registered nurse, supporting circulating and monitoring roles as assigned.
Assist in diagnostic and interventional Cath Lab procedures, including preparation and post-procedure care.
Maintain sterile technique and patient safety protocols throughout procedures.
Operate or assist with hemodynamic monitoring systems and equipment.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient readiness and efficient case flow.
Qualifications
Experience
Minimum
5 years of experience
as a Cath Lab RN
Strong experience in
cardiac catheterization procedures, circulating, and monitoring
Experience handling
emergency cardiac cases
preferred
Licensure
Active Hawaii RN License (Required before start date)
Certifications (Required)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
(PALS preferred if applicable)
Skills & Competencies
Proficient in
Cath Lab procedures (diagnostic & interventional)
Experience with
hemodynamic monitoring systems
Ability to assist in
angioplasty, stent placement, and other cardiac interventions
Strong knowledge of
sterile techniques and patient safety protocols
Comfortable with
EMR systems (Cerner preferred)
Work Requirements
Must be able to take
frequent on-call shifts
Must be flexible to take
on-call on consecutive weekends
Willingness to work
holiday shifts if required
Other Requirements
Must be able to
start by 06/01/2026
Strong
communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, high-acuity environment
