Group: 15 MDs, 1 DO, 1 DPM, 3 NPs and 4 PAs
Location: 5 minutes from the Hospital
Facility: Level III Trauma
Specializations: General, Shoulder, Hip, Hands, Elbows, Knees, Ankles and Sports Medicine
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8a-5p; Friday 8a-12p
Surgery days vary; most providers have 2 full days of clinic and 2 full days of surgery with the remaining day typically a half day of clinic
Call: 24-hours and equally distributed (about 10–12 calls per 24-hour shift)
Patient ages: 18+
EMR: Meditech at Hospital and Allscripts at Clinic
