Travel Physical Therapist - $2,526 per week

HealthTrust Workforce Solution External is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Canton, Texas.

Job Summary
Start Date: 05/25/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment Type: Travel. Hours: 40 per week.

Responsibilities

Gather pertinent data from chart and other caregivers; discuss with physician as necessary.

Independently assess all assigned patient types.

Recognize additional needs during evaluation; exercise good judgment in decision making when requesting, scheduling and/or performing additional testing.

Interpret results and formulate relevant, measurable, realistic and attainable goals.

Reassess patient progress regularly per department and regulatory policy, or when need arises.

Identify appropriate equipment; discuss with patient and family.

Requirements

Doctorate preferred.

Bachelor's degree required.

LPT license in the state of TX (or compact) required.

BLS required (AHA only).

Valid travel credentials.

Work Schedule
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday. Friday closes early; extra hour can be made up during Monday‑Thursday.

Patient Population
Primarily orthopedic with some neuro; patient ratio 1:1 (one patient every 45 minutes).
