Oncology RN Navigator — Coordinated Patient Care

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Patient Navigator RN to support patients and families through individualized care coordination. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, scheduling, and providing education throughout the treatment process. The ideal candidate must possess oncology experience and a Florida RN License. This role emphasizes collaborative efforts with an interdisciplinary team and active participation in the management of patient care.
