Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of RRT experience with NICU/PICU/Pediatrics exposure
Recent Children’s Hospital experience required (within last 3–5 years preferred)
L&D experience (primary assignment area)
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, RRT (NBRC), NRP, Indiana State License (in hand)
PALS preferred
Experience with ventilator management, CPAP, airway management, ABG interpretation
Comfortable with floating between NICU & Pediatric Acute Care units
Must be okay with every other weekend schedule
