Care Coordination Intern — Youth & Family Services

Wisconsin Community Services is offering a non-paid internship for Wraparound Milwaukee Care Coordination. The intern will facilitate meetings for youth and families in mental health programming, support coordination of care, and work collaboratively with various community services. Strong interest in mental health and the ability to work with diverse populations are essential. Candidates enrolled in a human services program are encouraged to apply. A background check will be required upon acceptance.
