Job Description

You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, deliver hands‑on treatment, and guide exercises to help patients recover and improve mobility. Responsibilities include collaborating with other therapy professionals and educating patients and their families to support recovery and wellness.

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).

Active licensure in the state of Texas.

One (1) reference in entire work history.

License and OP experience required.
