As the provider of home health therapy services for Pruitt Home Healthcare, we’re proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical therapist, occupational therapists, speech therapist, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver collaborative, coordinated, patient‑centered care. Your Caseload
– You’ll work with a diverse and engaging caseload, supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values shared knowledge and teamwork.

Thoughtful scheduling and defined territories to support appropriate caseloads
Limited drive time between visits as much as possible
Clinical leadership by therapists who understand your day‑to‑day challenges
Individualized support for your interests and professional growth
Collaboration with Pruitt Home Healthcare colleagues for a comprehensive, team‑based approach to care

Requirements for this position include the following :
Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited occupational therapy program
Active or pending state occupational therapy license
New Graduates welcome to apply
