Mission Health is seeking an experienced, board certified, and fellowship trained colon and rectal surgeon, to join our busy and expanding surgical specialists’ team in Asheville, North Carolina.

Qualified Candidates
Fellowship trained in colon and rectal surgery
Board certified in general surgery; board eligible/board certified in colorectal surgery
Practicing physicians preferred; ideally three (3) to eight (8) years’ experience
New graduates, completing Fellowship training, evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Please note that this position does not offer visa support
Position Highlights
Mission Surgery is comprised of five (5) surgical specialists and four (4) advanced practice providers, focusing on all areas of general surgery
Subspecialties include MIS, colorectal and hepatobiliary
Seven (7) dedicated da Vinci Robotic surgical systems
2-3 OR days per week
1-2 Clinic days per week
Call - Group Only; no EGS; No ER; Residents or APPs take 1st call
