CNC Machine Operator at Air Squared Manufacturing, LLC

Location: Thornton, Colorado
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday thru Thursday 5:30am - 4:00pm, 1/2 hour unpaid meal break)
Pay Range: $21 - $25 per hour
Air Squared Manufacturing, Inc. is an OEM manufacturer of scroll type compressors, vacuum pumps and expanders for the medical, aerospace, fuel cell and power generation industries. The company is involved in advanced projects including NASA MOXIE, electric and autonomous vehicle OEMs, and DOE Clean Energy initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate pre-programmed CNC mills, loading and unloading parts.
Inspect parts on a pre-programmed CMM inspection machine.
Use work and tool offsets on manual mill and lathe machines.
Use hand tools on machined parts as needed.
Tighten and loosen fasteners to hold parts and fixtures in place.
Assist in shipping preparation, packaging, shipping and receiving as needed.
Deburr metal parts after machining.
Order supplies for the machine shop.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Maintain CNC machine and perform routine maintenance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (required).
1-year experience operating a CNC mill (preferred).
Knowledge of work and tool offsets.
Ability to use hand tools and tighten fasteners.
Background check, drug screening, and E-Verify required.
Must submit resume to be considered.
