Your Leadership in Action
Reporting to the Director of Home Care, you will oversee the clinical and administrative functions of our multisite Home Care offices. You’ll ensure regulatory compliance (Medicare, Medicaid, CHAP), manage budgets, set and meet key performance indicators (including STAR ratings), and foster a culture of excellence. Your responsibilities include hiring and supervising field clinicians and office support staff, directing Clinical Supervisors, participating in on‑call rotation, and leading quality improvement and compliance activities.
Qualifications
Education & Licensure:
Master’s in Health Administration, Nursing, Physical or Occupational Therapy preferred
Current Michigan RN license or PT/OT license, in good standing
Experience:
8 years clinical (PT/OT or RN), including 2 years acute care and 3 years home care/hospice
Proven management experience
In‑depth knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations; CHAP standards preferred
Additional Information
Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella. MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
