Evaluate speech, language, and swallowing difficulties in patients of all ages; develop individualized treatment plans; provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing function; teach clients proper sound production, enhance fluency, strengthen swallowing muscles; counsel families on coping strategies; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications
Master’s degree from an accredited speech‑language pathology program.
Current Washington SLP license (SLP‑WA).
Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably in a home‑health setting.
Strong time‑management, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
