Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Service Technician role based in Colts Neck, NJ. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing pest control services to clients, which includes performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting pest issues, and conducting routine inspections. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with clients, and adhere to all company and industry standards to ensure quality service delivery. Additionally, the role will involve maintaining accurate records and keeping equipment in excellent operational condition to ensure efficient service.
Qualifications
Strong skills in maintenance, repair, and ensuring equipment functionality
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving pest‑related issues
Competence in field service operations, including inspections and site evaluations
Excellent customer service abilities, including clear communication and client engagement
Attention to detail and ability to follow safety and operational procedures
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in pest control are a plus
Comfort with on‑the‑job training and readiness to work in varying environments
