Job Overview
We are currently hiring
Diecast Machine Operators
to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role working with diecast machinery, focusing on mechanical and hydraulic processes. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a physically active environment.
Shift Details
1st Shift:
Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift:
Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
3rd Shift:
Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Note: Mandatory overtime may be required. The facility is currently operating 7 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Load aluminum ingots into machines
Perform basic machine maintenance (oil, lubrication, cleaning)
Assist with removal of metal shavings using air tools
Conduct visual inspections and perform minor finishing (filing parts)
Remove scrap and maintain clean work areas
Move finished products to staging areas
Support multiple areas through cross-training
Requirements
At least
1 year of manufacturing experience (required)
Ability to lift
25+ lbs , bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable working in a
loud, warm industrial environment
Strong attention to detail and safety
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (preferred, not required)
Mechanical aptitude or experience with industrial equipment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
