Responsibilities
Coordinate Holistic Care:
Review healthcare services and medications for a dedicated group of individuals.
Be a Clinical Mentor:
Provide guidance and training to direct support staff on healthcare needs and safety.
Advocate:
Collaborate with physicians and families to ensure the highest quality of life for those we serve.
Build Relationships:
Get to know the people you support, celebrate milestones, and support them through challenges.

Requirements
Education:
BSN or ASN from an accredited nursing program.
Licensure:
Active Nebraska nursing license in good standing; valid driver’s license required.
Experience:
At least 1-2 years of general nursing experience; experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is valued.
Certifications:
Current CPR and First Aid (FA) certification.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with computers and technology for daily documentation and task management.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs.
Soft Skills:
Strong critical thinking, time management, and ability to teach individuals from diverse cultures and learning styles.
