Position Overview
Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Bon Secours Home Care and Hospice by Compassus.
Responsibilities
Support patient recovery and help them stay at home, enabling them to spend quality time with loved ones.
Educate patients and families on disease management to empower them to reach healthcare goals.
Case manage and provide clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
RN license in the state where you will work.
Two years of experience as a registered nurse; home health experience preferred.
Current driver’s license.
Current CPR and BCLS certification.
