Your Opportunity
Appalachian Regional Healthcare is seeking a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join our growing cardiovascular team in Hazard, Kentucky. This role at our regional medical center places you at the forefront of cardiac care for southeastern Kentucky and southern West Virginia. You will work with dedicated professionals who share a purpose and passion for improving community outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full spectrum of EP cases: arrhythmia evaluation, ablation procedures, pacemaker and ICD implantation
Provide inpatient consults and outpatient clinic care
Collaborate with interventional cardiologists, heart failure specialists, and cardiac imaging partners
Participate in call rotation along with elective scheduling – enjoy the balance of structured hours with manageable coverage
