Position: Physical Therapist – Outpatient (PT)
Location: Beaumont, TX
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 18 weeks (Travel assignment)
Hours: 40 per week (8‑hour days)
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients’ physical capabilities and identify functional limitations.
Develop personalized treatment plans for musculoskeletal, neurologic, and orthopedic conditions.
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide patient education and optimal care.
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
Valid Texas PT license or eligibility; PT Compact accepted.
BLS certification.
Experience in outpatient therapy.
License and OP experience required.
SSN and DOB required for application.
References: 1 reference from entire work history.
Travel experience preferred.
