This position is based in Lake Mary, FL, serving patients in Oviedo, Bithlo, Waterford, Conway, Alafaya, Geneva, and surrounding areas.
Your Role
Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Responsibilities
Deliver hands‑on therapeutic care following the evaluation of a supervising Physical Therapist.
Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and a supportive clinical team to provide exceptional care.
Utilize AI‑assisted documentation and charting tools to support timely, accurate note completion using our WellSky EMR platform.

Qualifications
Unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (required).
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
Home‑health care experience is preferred but not required.
