Horizon Bridge Behavioral Therapy is a center‑based ABA therapy clinic in Bloomington, MN serving young children with autism. We are hiring Behavior Therapists who are energetic, patient, professional, and genuinely great with kids. No prior ABA experience is required. We provide structured paid training from day one.

Pay and Schedule

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour based on experience, education, and level placement

Level 3 is our entry‑level starting point; Level 2 and Level 1 placements available for candidates with stronger backgrounds

Who This Role Is Great For

What the Role Looks Like Day to Day

Work 1:1 with children ages 2–7 in our Bloomington center

Implement individualized therapy plans created by a BCBA

Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills through play‑based therapy

Work as part of a structured, supportive clinical team

Maintain consistency and reliability for your assigned clients—children depend on you showing up

What We Need From You

Genuine comfort working with young children, including those with behavioral needs

Reliability and consistent attendance—this is non‑negotiable in this role

Professional communication with families, teammates, and clinical supervisors

Willingness to accept feedback and follow structured treatment plans

Physical ability to be active throughout the day—floor work, movement, and engagement with kids

Willingness to assist with toileting and diapering as part of working with young children

Reliable transportation to our Bloomington, MN center

Availability Monday–Friday during daytime hours

High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework or experience preferred

Must clear a DHS background study prior to start date
