
Clinical Application Analyst

Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Clinical Application Analyst to support the design, testing, and implementation of enterprise clinical systems, including Epic EMR modules in New York, NY. This role partners closely with clinical stakeholders, IT teams, and project leadership to gather requirements, validate workflows, execute system testing, and ensure high-quality clinical application delivery.
Collaborate with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements
Support system design, configuration, and implementation of Epic and related clinical applications
Develop, update, and execute test scripts, including integrated and user acceptance testing
Validate clinical workflows and ensure solutions align with business and clinical needs
Maintain testing documentation and support issue resolution
Participate in project meetings, training, and go-live support activities
Assist with ongoing application support and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
2-5 years of relevant healthcare IT or Epic experience
Experience with Epic EMR and/or other clinical healthcare applications
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and quality assurance processes
Ability to work collaboratively in a project-based environment
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Epic certification and clinical background preferred
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
