Job Details
Full‑Time | 12‑Hour Shifts | On‑Site (Not Travel)
Hiring Bonus
$2,500 Hiring Bonus for RNs / $2,000 for LPNs (Full‑Time Only). First payout after 60 days; remaining bonus paid monthly until fully distributed.
Schedule Options
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
Full‑time positions available with consistent scheduling
RN Job Duties & Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Complete nursing assessments and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly
Supervise CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Ensure accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance (CMS/state standards)
Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and overall quality of life
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri (Required)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced long‑term care environment
Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long‑term care experience preferred, not required
