Responsibilities
Welcome patients and create a positive, professional first impression
Coordinate schedules across multiple providers and services
Manage calls, texts, and follow‑ups with clarity and care
Collect payments and guide patients through financial expectations
Verify insurance and confidently explain coverage
Keep clinic flow organized and efficient
Maintain accurate records and systems
Support your team and contribute to a high-performing clinic environment
Qualifications
Strong communication and people skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
Positive, team‑first mindset
Confidence in discussing insurance and payments with patients
Quick learner who takes initiative
Comfortable with computers and systems (EMR experience is a plus)
Experience in healthcare or customer service is helpful, but not required
Compensation
$22 - $25 hourly
