Hospital Labor & Delivery unit setting
Night shift schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
Every other weekend required
Floating required to Skilled Swing Bed (SSB), Med/Surg, and ER when census is low — may be assigned patients or serve in a helper role
13-week contract
Requirements
Active KS or compact RN license required
Current BLS and NRP certifications required
Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required
Charge nurse experience preferred
Two professional references required for consideration
Copy of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration
First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
Additional Information
Local candidates are accepted for this position
Block scheduling is available upon request
All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application
Pay Package
American Traveler Job ID #P-699652. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
