Our client, an association organization is seeking a Dayforce HRIS Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend in Alexandria, Virginia.

About The Job:

Serve as the primary HRIS administrator and subject matter expert for Dayforce

Manage HRIS configuration, data integrity, and system optimization across HR, payroll, and benefits

Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Compliance, and Finance to support accurate employee data and reporting

Maintain workflows, access controls, and integrations to ensure compliance and system functionality

Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave configuration

Produce standard and ad‑hoc HR, payroll, and compliance reports

Support audits, regulatory reporting, and ongoing HRIS process improvements

About You:

Hands‑on experience administering Dayforce is required

Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and HR compliance in a multi‑state environment

Experience managing HRIS configuration, reporting, integrations, and data audits

Advanced reporting and data analysis skills

Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing complex systems

Able to partner cross‑functionally and act as a trusted HRIS resource

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

About The Position:

Start Date: ASAP!

Duration: 3 months, with potential to extend

$45-$60/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (40 hours/week)

Hybrid: 3 days onsite
