Apartment Maintenance Tech & Renovation Specialist

AION Management is looking for a Service Technician located in Flanders, NJ. The role involves maintaining the quality of apartment homes, addressing customer service requests, and performing general maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and strong English communication skills. The position requires physical stamina, as well as certifications in CFC or EPA standards. Weekend and on-call work will be required.
