
Apartment Maintenance Technician 22hr Quarterly Bonus

As a Maintenance Technician, you will assist with the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community, including:
Completing service requests in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshooting and repairing
plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
Appliance repair and replacement
Painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry
Preparing apartments for new residents (turns/make-eadies)
Maintaining building systems and common areas
Assisting with preventative maintenance programs
Participating in an
on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
1-3 years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred
Strong customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
Demonstrated experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and painting.
Experience in plumbing, contracting, builder certification, or related licenses is considered a plus. Candidates should be available for on-call responsibilities and have the flexibility to work weekends as needed.
