
Philanthropy Manager

The Philanthropy Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to secure financial support for the organization. This role oversees fundraising campaigns, donor relations, sponsorships, and events to ensure revenue goals are met and sustainable funding streams are maintained. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. The Philanthropy Manager also serves as a vital connection between Great Falls Clinic Hospital, its internal departments, external partners, and the broader community.
Education
BA or BS, required.
Experience
2-3 years of fundraising, development, or nonprofit experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Proven success in donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including grant writing.
Experience planning and executing fundraising events and campaigns.
Proficiency with donor management systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the organization’s mission.
