We''re actively searching for our next
Human Resources Manager
to manage the Human Resources department in
Greeneville, TN . We are looking for someone that is able to lead, manage, facilitate, connect, and build relationships with our plant personnel and the surrounding community. You will lead Human Resources for approximately 180 employees, and be a strategic partner for the Plant Director and Corporate HR team. This is an ideal role for someone looking to make an impact, lead change, and get involved with all aspects of Human Resources for this location.
Qualified candidates must be able to work an on-site schedule at our
Greeneville, TN
facility.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement employee relations practices and strategies, including employee engagement, labor relations, wage and salary administration, selection and staffing, orientation and training, organizational development, performance management, succession planning, conflict resolution, and workers compensation.
Influence, coach and provide guidance to the plant leadership team and employees regarding HR practices, policies and procedures.
Participate in grievance resolution, arbitrations, contract renewal, and general labor relations. Maintain adherence to the collective bargaining agreement.
Demonstrate a growth mindset and translate organizational goals and strategies into strategic and operational people practices.
Partner with Operations leadership and other key stakeholders to drive HR and operational strategies.
Lead investigations and propose related corrective action.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for the entire site.
Lead HR-related projects and initiatives within the site and the broader HR Organization.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of progressive human resources experience
2+ years of human resources management experience
Experience in human resources within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree
HR certification (SCP, CP, PHR) preferred
Master''s degree in HR related discipline preferred
Supervisory experience is preferred
Relocation
