Multi-site Dermatology Group Seeks Recruiter
Optima Dermatology is recruiting a Recruiter to join our Practice Support Center, based in Portsmouth, NH.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Recruiter will support the full‑cycle recruitment process for all clinical support positions. This includes drafting and advertising positions, identifying and screening applicants, actively sourcing, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
Responsibilities:
Review applications and identify qualified candidates for further consideration
Schedule and conduct initial phone or video screens and share candidate summaries, resumes, and notes with hiring managers
Schedule video and coordinate in‑person interviews for departmental leaders
Source additional talent by utilizing a variety of techniques, tools, and sourcing channels, contacting passive candidates, and building pipelines for future hiring needs
Draft and update job descriptions and manage posts across all channels, including job boards, posting sites, social media, etc.
Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), ensuring candidate data is accurate and up to date
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and ensuring data accuracy
Participate in weekly and monthly pipeline meetings and provide updates on candidate activity and progress
Collaborate with other members of the recruitment team to support recruitment campaigns and employer branding efforts
Provide coordination and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Learn and apply recruiting best practices under the guidance of HR leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
2+ years of recruiting, HR, or related experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates within a robust ATS and/or CRM (Greenhouse preferably)
Demonstrates ability to work in conjunction with other key functions, and hiring managers in a comprehensive team approach
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Technologically savvy
Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
