About the Role
Provide communications facilitation between external customers and the sales force and serve as first point of contact for external customers and the sales force to reach internal Boston Scientific personnel.
Shift Hours
Tuesday - Wednesday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Thursday and Friday 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

This role follows a remote work model.
Relocation

Your Responsibilities Will Include
Triage and respond to external customer and sales rep calls through 1-800-CARDIAC and 1-800-CARDREP.
Send messages from internal/external customers to the BSC sales force by pagers, cell phones, home phones, etc.
Escalate and close pages via backups, if required.
Maintain a professional presence in all situations by asking and providing information per procedures.
Required Qualifications
1 year with Associate in Arts degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience.
Salary
Minimum Salary: $38,688. Maximum Salary: $65,728.
