7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Sun‑Thurs & additional days as needed)
Essential Responsibilities
Accurately fill kit carts by printing and following pick lists; complete all inventory transactions and close pick lists immediately after kitting.
Complete put‑away and restock bins in designated areas within 24 hours of receipt of product.
Identify material shortages or low stock items, report to supervisor, and cycle count assigned locations; report any discrepancies.
Complete 5’s and housekeeping assignments.
Participate in Level I OJT and cross‑training on Level II Material Handler.
Perform other duties requested or assigned by supervisor or manager.
Critical Skills
Basic reading, writing, and math ability.
Knowledge of computer applications and ability to use product documents to ensure product compliance.
Effective communication skills and flexibility to learn and support all Level 1 and 2 products/stations and cell configurations.
Ability to train others in product configurations to facilitate cross‑training and knowledge transfer.
Material‑handling knowledge – proper material storage and scanning systems.
DSI – working knowledge of main scripts for supermarket operations.
Warehousing – ability to cycle count, complete inventory transfers, store product by line and location, and kit according to pick list; basic understanding of process.
Public safety and security – knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, and procedures to promote local/state
ational security operations.
Mechanical – knowledge of machines and tools (banding machine, strap, etc.).
Operation and control – ability to control operations of equipment or systems.
Education and Experience
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience:
0–1 year of PIV operation, warehouse experience, shipping and receiving.
Preferred Experience:
1 year of pick/pack warehouse experience; 1 year experience with warehouse management systems (DSI/JDE).
