Responsibilities
Brentwood Hospital is looking for a dynamic
Unit Coordinator ! Ensures adequate staffing on unit to meet patient demand and adjusts accordingly as needed.
Manages nursing payroll and completes in a timely manner.
Assists CNO and Nurse Managers with various administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Manages PRN pool effectively and audits compliance with program.
Advises CNO, Nurse Managers and House Supervisor of pending staffing issues. Is proactive in the resolution of said issues.

Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. One (1) year experience working with a psychiatric patient population and previous secretarial experience preferred.
License:
Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
Experience:
One (1) year experience working with a psychiatric patient population and previous secretarial experience preferred.
Hours:
Determined by the Chief Nursing Officer, according to the needs of the facility.
