A growing and well-established land surveying firm in Wall, NJ is looking to add a Survey CAD Technician to support their expanding workload. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on land development projects and wants to be part of a collaborative, tech-forward team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare survey drawings including boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys
Process field data and create deliverables using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Collaborate closely with field crews and project managers
Assist with construction layout drafting and plan production
Maintain accuracy and organization across multiple active projects
What They’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Survey CAD Technician (or similar role)
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required)
Experience with Carlson and/or survey data processing software is a plus
Strong understanding of survey workflows and drafting standards
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
