Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service.
Assist customers on the store floor and in the produce department.
Properly bag groceries and carry out orders when requested.
Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including retrieving carts, running price checks, assisting with go‑backs, keeping the check stand uptodate, and removing waste from the parking area.
Assist with general floor duties in a fast‑paced grocery environment.
Lift and move up to 25, 45, or occasionally 60 pounds as required.
Qualifications
Read and write Spanish and English; interact with customers and coworkers.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings.
Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Desired Experience
Basic PC and Outlook skills.
Retail Management Certificate.
