Trial Attorney

Responsibilities
Represent clients in employment & labor, transportation, retail, construction, general liability, appellate, personal injury & employment litigation & counseling through all phases of trial.
Develop litigation strategies and execute comprehensive case plans.
Handle all aspects of trial preparation including depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances.
First or second-chair trials, including jury selection, witness examination, and opening/closing arguments.
Collaborate with legal staff to ensure high-quality representation.
Maintain strong client communication and provide timely case updates.
Qualifications
Must be licensed to practice in California.
2+ years of litigation experience preferred
Exceptional oral advocacy, legal writing, and negotiation skills.
Strong strategic thinking and case evaluation capabilities.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet tight deadlines.
