Job Title: Family Law Litigation Attorney
Job Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)
Duration: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Handle divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence matters
Manage cases from inception through resolution (motions, discovery, mediation, hearings)
Draft pleadings, agreements, and court filings
Advise clients and develop litigation/settlement strategies
Work closely with partners, paralegals, and outside experts
Handle asset division, including real estate and financial components
Qualifications
4+ years of family law litigation experience
Active Florida Bar license
Strong courtroom, negotiation, and client management skills
Experience with high-conflict matters and heavy caseloads
Familiarity with real estate issues tied to family law is a plus
Spanish is a plus
